When The Padded Wagon moving company was established 60+ years ago, a guy named Harry Truman was getting ready to move out of a big white house on Pennsylvania Avenue, and someone named Eisenhower was preparing to move in. We’re proud of the fact that since then, our company has only had four owners: the founder, Ted Peters (’52-’68), Henry Avery (’68-’73), James Caffery (’73-’94) and current owner Eddie Dowling. Visit us if you are looking for LA movers.
